The co. is engaged in manufacturing  of galvanized sheet, coil, tower, hollow sections , tubes etc. The co. has completed its expansion and added more production capacity. Now co. is focusing on higher margin products and exports which will boost its OPM and NPM. This efforts reflected in first June Qtr result. Despite sales down to 5% , co. bottom line grew substantially. Co. has very Esteem customer list from auto sector, telecom sector, power sector, engineering sector, water sector.
The book value of stock is 78, and FY14-15 EPS is 13. Looking to the expected EPS of 16 for FY 15-16 stock is available @ 96 at PE of 6, quite appealing for investment for the medium to long term.
