Recent fall of Market

Well my blog reader, In the stock market fear and greed always play its role and confuse the investors or create illusion. The person who overcome this emotion , get success in the market, but is not so easy.  Everyone respond to this emotion sooner or later. Only who have vision and conviction on his investment, can only be long in the market. Recent fall can create panic and fear, but all Market Expert says this is the time to invest. The rational arguments are lower interest rates, lower commodity price, lower crude oil and govt. willing to go on grow path. This all logic tends to investor to put money in the market for long term. India can grow 8 + GDP rate, with this assumption market made recent rally, but on the ground there is no sign of recovery of economy. The first indication of recovery will be reflected in the balance sheet of corporate world. And second one is cyclical stock will start rally. It may take one or two quarter but once the corporate earning start improving this market can again pick the steam and can go higher level also. And this rally will not for few days or months, may be for few years or may be one decade. We have seen one decade continue growth in china, we have seen continue growth for 20 years in japan, and it is possible that India can sustain growth for 5-8 years. So dont be panic and start quality stock picking and hold it at least for 3-5 years and be rewarded.

Wish you happy investing.

Thanks.
