Orient Paper & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that The Kolkata Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has on November 8, 2017 approved the Scheme of Demerger of the Consumer Electric Business of the Orient Paper & Industries Limited (“OPIL”) into OPIL’s wholly owned subsidiary, Orient Electric Limited (“OEL”). This Scheme was approved by the Shareholders of the OPIL at the Tribunal Convened Meeting held on June 29, 2017.

Lasa Lab co., demreged from Omkar specility, listed today on the exchange @ 140 and UC @ 147.20. It was good listing than expected @ 110-120. So far I know some of viewers were holding Omkar and got Lasa Lab share. Now Enjoy with good listing and value unlocking...

Stock was recommended @140 (Pre demerger) and stock settleed@85-90 after ex demerger. Demerged co. Lasa lab 's share alloted to omkar share holder 1 to 1 ratio. All obligation fulfilled for listing by co. Lasa lab going to list soon and expected listing price115-130. lasa lab is fast growing co, so investor must hold at least 6-8 month too see perfomance of the co. Now omkar promoter mulling to issue right share and it is under discuss. If co issue right at cheaper than we should participate. Demerged info was given while recommended stock.  For now  enjoy waiting for lasa lab listing.

Helo everyone, hope that you liked this blog and who stayed with this blog since its inception, no doubt about that they got good return. This is also learning phase that how choose stock and stick them. When i ask people how many return you want from one scrip, they say 2-3 thousand, when i ask why you dont want 20-30 thousand then they say its not possible. Now on this blog i have proved that it is possible. Yes and many of this blog viewer would agree with me. Omkar Speciality Chemical - Update

The merger and demerger has been finalised  by the co. and it is in process. The "Lasa Lab Ltd" would be demerged co., and most probably omkar share holder will get 1:1 share for the Lasa Lab. The Lasa lab is expected to be listed at good price. The stock has gathered momentum now. 

HIL - Update

The co had posted sales Rs 1053, PAT 54.57 and EPS 73.12 against 1096, 39.66and eps 53.12 of the last year  respectively. The co has paid less interest than last year. The co is exploring new market and its brand AEROCON getting good response. The co can deliver better result for next 2-3 years , so hold is the good strategy for this stock.

Omkar Speciality Chemicals announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench passed an order on 13 April 2017 sanctioning the composite scheme of arrangement between Omkar Speciality Chemicals, Lasa Laboratory, Urdhwa Chemicals Company, Rishichem Research, Desh Chemicals and Lasa Supergenerics and their respective shareholders and creditors.
