Orient Paper - Record Date update

We wish to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, 12th January, 2018 has been fixed as RECORD DATE for the purpose of taking on record the eligible shareholders entitled for allotment of equity shares of Re. 1/- each of ORIENT ELECTRIC LIMITED in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Orient Electric Limited as approved by the Order of the NCLT, Kolkata Bench.
